Conversion of Hayatabad Medical Complex Conventional Branch into Islamic Banking Branch (Br. Code 0185)
Please Be informed that State Bank of Pakistan has approved Conversion of Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Conventional Branch into Islamic Banking Branch as per letter No. BPRD(LD-03)/850-BOK/2018-1153 dated: January 16, 2018. The Branch will operate as Islamic Banking Branch w.e.f 01-2-2018.
“A license authorizing the opening of place of business has been obtained from the State Bank of Pakistan in terms of Section 28 (I) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 read with IBD Circular No. 2 dated April 29, 2004 and other instructions issued from time to time. It must be distinctly understood that in issuing this license the State Bank of Pakistan does not undertake any responsibility for the financial soundness of the Company or for the correctness of any of the statements made or opinion expressed in this connection.”
